This VERY FAST SERVICE ensures that you receive your new eyeglasses in the same amount of time as if you were purchasing your eyeglasses from your local optometrist - in some cases sooner. For Designer Eyeglasses (with prescription lenses) and Designer Sunglasses, shipping may be slightly longer. This may be because the product may be located in our overseas warehouses or on backorder from our suppliers (ie: delayed delivery). Please refer to delivery times below:

A delivery time of up to 14 working days is unusual and we will always contact you via email with updates regarding the shipping time of your order should your order fall into this category. 2. Transition lenses with a 1.61 special index can take 5-7 working days extra. 3. Prescription tinted lenses will also take an extra 1-3 working days. 4. Shipping Times are applicable to both domestic and international shipping.

To ensure your order arrives quickly we deliver all products via secure registered express airmail. All our orders also have a tracking number to ensure that your package will arrive securely and not get lost during the process. Should there be any delay in shipment for any reason we will always make a point of contacting you.

We provide an Express and Registered delivery service. This will ensure that you will receive your purchase in the safest and fastest possible way. The shipping rate for Australia is based on our flat rate of AUD19.95 for the registered express service. Note there are NO ADDITIONAL or HIDDEN CHARGES on our prices or delivery fees.

We are currently offering worldwide shipping at our basic Australian rate of AUD19.95 for the registered express international air mail service. The delivery time for our international customers is approximately the same as our Australian customers.
