Our eyeglasses lenses are of very high standards and pass through strict quality control procedures before they are used. They are then shaped and fitted to your frames by our qualified optical dispensers before undergoing final quality control testing. After you receive your product, should it not be in absolutely perfect condition please contact us immediately. We will happily refund any purchase where the product is damaged and where we cannot replace the damaged product. You do notice any quality problems or manufacturing defects, then you must contact us first within
14 days so we can attend to your concern immediately.
